The Problem
You are in the process of selecting hearing aids and feeling overwhelmed by the options and information
You have hearing aids, but conversations feel harder than you expected & you are not sure if that is normal
Some days feel okay. Other days feel like you are back at square one and you do not understand why
You are exhausted by the end of the day from focusing so hard just to follow what people are saying
Restaurants, group settings, and background noise still feel overwhelming and nobody explained why
You are constantly asking yourself: Is this the hearing aids? Is this me? Do these hearing aids work?
You can hear sound but understanding speech in real environments still feels inconsistent
You are starting to wonder whether hearing aids are actually going to work for you
Here is what I want you to know: most of what you are experiencing is the adjustment. Not failure. Not devices that do not work. Not something wrong with you.
The problem is that nobody sat with you and explained what this period is supposed to feel like, and what to do while you are in the middle of it.

Getting hearing aids is not the end of the process. It is the beginning of an adjustment period that is completely normal, and almost nobody is prepared for it.
Sound feels different. Conversations feel harder than you expected. Some days are better than others. And underneath all of it is the quiet worry: Is something wrong?
That uncertainty, the second-guessing, the fatigue, the "I can hear but I still cannot follow the conversation" feeling, is not because your hearing aids do not work. It is not because you are doing something wrong.
It is because nobody gave you the roadmap for what the adjustment period actually looks and feels like.
Reconnect is that roadmap. Five weeks. A small, supported group. A structured path through the part nobody teaches you.
Understand what is actually happening during the adjustment period
Know what is normal and what actually needs attention
Navigate real-life listening situations with less confusion and effort
Build practical communication strategies for everyday conversations
Reduce the anxiety, second-guessing, and mental fatigue that comes with early hearing aid use
Replace your audiologist or hearing aid provider
Program or adjust your hearing aids
Diagnose anything or promise perfect hearing
It is the missing piece between your audiologist or hearing aid provider and real life
Here is what I want you to know: most of what you are experiencing is the adjustment. Not failure. Not devices that do not work. Not something wrong with you.
The problem is that nobody sat with you and explained what this period is supposed to feel like, and what to do while you are in the middle of it.

Hi, I'm Angie.
I am a health and nutrition coach, CrossFit Level 2 trainer, and Menopause Coaching Specialist. I have spent years working with adults through real change, the kind where things do not feel clear yet and confidence takes time to rebuild.
I also understand what it feels like when communication does not come easily anymore. When you are present in a conversation but something about the experience feels harder than it used to, and you are trying to figure out what is normal versus what needs attention.
What I have learned is that most people are never taught how to navigate the adjustment period that comes after getting hearing aids. They are given the devices, but not the roadmap for what daily life is supposed to feel like while they are adapting.
That is why I created Reconnect.
Every week inside Reconnect follows a structured path built around one core idea: you cannot navigate an adjustment you do not understand. We use my UNMUTED Framework to walks you through each phase, from confusion to clarity.

What is actually happening during early adjustment, why sound can feel strange, and how to tell the difference between normal and what actually needs attention.
"Oh... this is actually normal."
Why good days and bad days happen, what brain fatigue during adjustment feels like, and why clarity is inconsistent in the early weeks.
Reduced anxiety and fewer "something must be wrong" moments.
Why restaurants, group conversations, and background noise are still hard, and what is actually happening in real-time listening situations.
Less confusion in everyday environments.
Practical communication strategies, how listening improves over time with exposure, and how to stop over-focusing on every sound.
Better conversations with less strain.
What real progress looks like, why perfection is not the goal, and how to build genuine confidence in everyday hearing aid use.
"I can do this without constantly worrying."
How it works
Weekly content releases inside the app, with a supportive community and coach access throughout all 5 weeks. You work through each week at your own pace within a small cohort, with the flexibility and support to keep moving forward.
I chose a 4-week, coaching-based format instead of a self-paced course because change happens best with real guidance and accountability. Each week builds on the last, with support that meets you where you're at—so you're never overwhelmed or alone.
Real-life insights for clarity so you can learn at your pace as apply as you go.
Three Live 30 minute group calls to discuss what you are learning and get support.
A private, supportive space to connect with others on the same journey. Celebrate wins, ask questions.
Direct message access to your coach.
The first cohort is intentionally small with up to 20 people. Founding member pricing reflects that. You get a level of support at a price that will not exist after this cohort closes, and your experience helps shape how the program grows.

THE REAL COST
This is not about pressure. It is about being honest. Without a clear picture of what the adjustment is supposed to look like, here is what tends to happen instead.
Ongoing confusion about whether something is wrong
Continued anxiety after every hard conversation
Mental fatigue from over-monitoring every sound
Growing doubt about whether hearing aids will ever feel normal
The real possibility of giving up on them too soon
Navigating the adjustment alone, without guidance
A clear explanation of what is actually happening
Reduced anxiety because you understand what is normal
Practical strategies that make conversations easier
Confidence that builds week by week
A supportive community of others on the same journey
A coach in your corner the whole time
This is not about pressure. It is about being honest. Without a clear picture of what the adjustment is supposed to look like, here is what tends to happen instead.
Time-Sensitive
1. The price goes up in 72 hours.
The founding member price of $197 is available for the first 72 hours of enrollment only. After that, it rises to $249 permanently.
2. This cohort is small by design.
20 people. That is the cap. A small group means a high level of support, and once it is full, it is full. There is no rolling enrollment into this round.

If within 14 days, you don't feel clearer about what is normal during adjustment, don't feel more confident navigating everyday conversations, or don't feel the program is helping you make sense of your experience, you can request a full refund via email.
Your audiologist or hearing aid provider handles your devices, programming, fittings, and medical care. Reconnect handles what happens between those appointments: how to navigate real-life conversations, understand what you are experiencing day to day, and build genuine communication confidence. They serve very different purposes, and Reconnect is not a substitute for professional care.

Shouldn't I be able to learn this on my own?
Yes probably, but just like those with hearing loss need to learn and understand how to communicate with the world around them differently, so do friends and family around them. For example, learning how to make the environment better suited to help them hear, will greatly help keep the frustration levels down so you can enjoy each others company. If you have no understanding of what this is like, you will be guessing and likely not helping as much as you think - talking louder will not solve problems.
